WHAT CAN I CHANGE?

If your order is eligible and still within the 2-hour editing window, the available options will appear when you open your order.

Edit Items

Change an available size or variant, remove an item, or adjust merchandise already included in your order.

Add Products

Forgot something? Add available merchandise to your existing order during the editing window.

Shipping Address

Correct or update the shipping address associated with your order before it enters fulfillment.

Contact Information

Update the available customer contact information connected to your order.

Apply a Discount

Forgot to enter a valid discount code at checkout? Apply an eligible code to your order.

Cancel Your Order

Eligible orders may be cancelled through the portal while the 2-hour editing window is still open.

HOW TO EDIT YOUR ORDER

Open the order management portal, find your order and make any available changes before your editing window expires.

Open Manage Your Order

Click the Manage Your Order button below or use the link in your order confirmation email.

Find Your Order

View Order Details

Select the order you want to manage and open its order details.

Select Edit Order

If the order is still eligible, the Edit Order button will appear along with your remaining editing time.

Make Your Changes

Choose from the available editing options and follow the prompts to confirm your changes.

The 2-hour window begins when your order is placed, not when you first open the editing portal.

Important

Editing is only available for a limited time.

Eligible orders can be edited for up to 2 hours after purchase. Once your editing window has expired or the order is no longer eligible for editing, the Edit Order option will no longer appear. If you need to return or exchange an item after your order arrives, please use our Returns & Exchanges process.

ORDER EDITING QUESTIONS

How long do I have to edit my order?

Eligible orders can be edited for up to 2 hours after the order is placed. The editing portal will display the time remaining when editing is available.

Can I change the size I ordered?

Yes, when another eligible variant is available, you can use the Edit Items option to change the variant or size during the 2-hour window.

Can I add another item to my order?

Yes. Eligible orders can have additional available products added during the editing window.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. Eligible shipping address changes can be made directly through the order editing portal before the editing window expires.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can I add it?

A valid eligible discount code can be applied through the order editing portal while your order is still within the editing window.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is eligible and still within the 2-hour window, the Cancel Order option will appear in the editing portal.

What happens after the 2-hour window?

Self-service editing closes after the editing window expires. Once your order arrives, eligible returns and exchanges can be handled through our Returns & Exchanges portal.
