Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lost Enterprises. Please review our shipping policy below for information about order processing, shipping methods, delivery timing, tracking, and shipping issues.
Shipping Method
We currently ship orders using ground shipping. Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please allow additional processing time during sales, product launches, holidays, high-volume periods, or other peak order windows.
Shipping Transit Time
Shipping transit time begins after your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.
Ground shipping delivery times vary based on destination, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on eligible orders over $75.
Free shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal shown at checkout, after discounts and before taxes or shipping fees. Gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, and other non-product charges may not count toward the free shipping threshold.
Shipping Rates
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Lost Enterprises is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lostinternational.net.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has begun processing or has shipped.
Carrier Delays
Lost Enterprises is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, incorrect routing, service interruptions, or other delivery issues outside of our control.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check the delivery area, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, neighbors, or anyone else who may have accepted the package.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to start a missing package claim.
Lost Enterprises is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you can contact us at info@lostinternational.net and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lostinternational.net.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review and help resolve the issue.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or order size. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Preorders and Backordered Items
If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, your order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier limitations, product type, or availability.
If we are unable to ship your order to the address provided, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
International Shipping
Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout. If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, and local delivery conditions.
Returns
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
