Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Lost Enterprises. If something does not work out, please review the return policy below before starting a return request.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Condition

Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging, when applicable

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, use, damage, or alteration.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, clearance, or otherwise noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lost Enterprises is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please log in to your customer account and locate the order you would like to return.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Find the order you would like to return.
  3. Select the Request Return button.
  4. Choose the item or items you would like to return.
  5. Select the return reason from the dropdown.
  6. Submit your return request.

After your return request is submitted, a customer service representative will review the request and contact you with next steps.

Guest Orders

If you checked out as a guest or are unable to access your order, please contact us at info@lostinternational.net with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment service to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges, as inventory can sell out quickly. If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and submitting a return request for the original item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lostinternational.net.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items outside the 30-day return window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Items missing original tags or packaging, when applicable
  • Final sale or non-returnable items
  • Gift cards
